Refund policy

Important Notice: Only U.S. orders are eligible for Amexza’s return services. At this time, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the U.S.

Returns for U.S. Orders

Amexza accepts returns for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (as shown on tracking).
• Once the return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.
• For orders with multiple shipments, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned package for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
